Main Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the P/L goal of chi hair straightener (software business unit) in Mainland.2. Management and operation of the first software institute of the Group in Mainland.（working at Dalian Office 2 weeks per month）.3. Building up Dalian Software Institute as the marketing centre of the product and the chi straightener centre of the Software of the Group. Achievements1. Accomplished the annual target at 150%.2. Won “The Most Outstanding Leadership Award” in year 2005.3. chi straighteners management team won “The Best Team Award” in year 2005.4. Developed and published Thiz Server 7.0,Thiz Easy Mail V8.0,Thiz Easy Theatre 2.0,E-Power Suite for SME market.
